Vietnamese VA for Marketing & Sales
The Vietnamese Virtual Assistant for (Marketing & Sales) will be working remotely with the Director of the Company who is responsible for overseeing and implementing administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, conducting analyses of administrative operations and services. You will also be responsible for social media postings, research, developing and managing various marketing & sales strategies which resulted in increase of Clients Referral Program and Successful processing of Student School and Visa immigration application for Canada for handling Vietnamese Target Market. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement
You will be responsible for:

Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.

Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.

Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.

Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

Working closely with the business to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives.

Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.

Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.
- Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.
- Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Inside Sales or Content Management within Professional Services industry.
- Experience within Content Analysis, Content Management, Employer Branding, Sales Training, Social Media / Viral Marketing, Multi-country Sales and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences..
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
